FABRICS AND CONSTRUCTION
Match kits are usually lightweight polyester interlock or mesh, typically 160 to 220 GSM, built to breathe and survive the wash cycle season after season. Full sublimation means your design, however detailed, is dyed into the fabric itself: no cracking, no peeling, no fading. For a classic look, cut-and-sew construction with embroidered crests is available.
HOW ORDERING WORKS
Send your brief through our custom order page: quantities, sizes, artwork or even a rough sketch. We confirm the design, produce a sample for your approval, then run bulk production. Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, which covers a first team plus staff and a few spares for most clubs.
